Ownership of deliverables produced under contracted engagements transfers to the client per the terms of the governing MSA or SOW, typically upon final payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quasar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.

Liability under commercial engagements is capped per the governing contract, typically at fees paid during the preceding twelve months.

Termination

Termination of contracted engagements is governed by the specific contract terms, including notice periods and handover obligations.
